Privacy Policy

Advertising and analytics: This site uses the Meta Pixel to measure visits and free trial starts from our ads, and Google Analytics on some pages. Both use cookies.

Cookies & Payments: We use a third-party payment processor (Lemon Squeezy) to handle all transactions securely. When you initiate a purchase, cookies are used by our payment provider to process your order, manage your cart session, and prevent fraud. Your sensitive financial and credit card information is encrypted and handled entirely by the payment processor; it is never stored on our servers.

Email Data: When you purchase a plugin or start a free trial, your name and email address are collected strictly to issue your software license key, deliver product updates, and provide customer support.

Plugins: The plugins connect to the internet to validate your license key and to check for updates.

Hosting: This site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes visitors' IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.

Terms of Use & Refunds

Because a free trial version of each paid plugin is provided for evaluation purposes, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a License Key has been purchased.

End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Grant of License

By purchasing and/or installing any paid Sanguine Works plugin, including Open Keys and Open Kick ("the Software"), you (the User) are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software. This license permits the installation and activation of the Software on a maximum of two (2) personal computers owned and operated by the User.

2. Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify the Software. You may not rent, lease, sub-license, sell, or distribute the Software or your personal License Key to any third party. Sharing your License Key publicly or with unauthorized users will result in the immediate revocation of your license without a refund.

3. Intellectual Property

All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Software (including but not limited to any code, algorithms, UI design, and branding) remain the sole property of Jacob Braun.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "AS-IS" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. While every effort has been made to ensure the Software operates flawlessly, the developer does not warrant that the functions contained in the Software will meet your specific requirements or that the operation of the Software will be completely uninterrupted or error-free.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developer be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, lost profits, business interruption, or lost information) rising out of the use of or inability to use the Software. The developer's entire liability under any provision of this agreement shall be strictly limited to the amount actually paid by you for the Software.

6. Refund Policy

Because a free trial version of each paid plugin is provided for evaluation purposes, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a License Key has been purchased.

By installing the Software, you acknowledge that you have read this agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
